Plastic Injection Molds Since 1966

Oswald A. Rosenholm founded OAR Tool & Die, Inc. in 1966 a company dedicated to hand-cutting hubs and dies and manufacturing hobbed-cavity molds. The industry has changed dramatically since then and so has OAR. Thanks to Ozzie's progressive vision, substantial investments in Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) equipment, Computer Aided Design (CAD) and Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) software, have been made. These changes enabled OAR to become a leader among manufacturers of Advanced, Close Tolerance Molds. |

| OAR's first forays into CNC mold making came in 1980 at a time when sales hype promised more than the machines could deliver. Seven years of dedication and a million dollars of investment later, OAR had successfuly integrated computer technology into it's manufacturing processes. CAD/CAM and CNC machines enabled us to automate and replicate our tool-making methods, paving the way for future growth. |

| OAR Tool & Die, Inc. changed it's name to OAR Moldworks in 1995 to reinforce our position as a progressive mold making company. By then, we had grown to fill a 19,000 square foot facility featuring the latest in 3D CAD Equipment, CNC Sinker, Wire and Drill EDM Machines, 4-Axis CNC Machining Centers, Inspection Tools, Test Molding Equipment as well as a full compliment of traditional machinery. OAR has kept abreast of manufacturing technology while honing our traditional arts and skills. We have a Master Model Maker, and the Know-How to seamlessly blend this art with the science of computerized tool-making. |
